This front cover is taken from an online music magazine called 'Brrrap'. I used this front cover as a template for my front cover. The masthead, I believe, is bold and stands out from the rest of the front cover. It is good at attracting the costumer to purchase the magazine. The colour of the masthead contrasts well with the background colour. The picture in the centre of the front cover also stands out and seems to connote what the genre of music is about. The writing on the bottom tells the reader what to expect in the magazine. The different variety of pictures and strange captions and cartoons connote the unique genre of music and odd style of urban underground life. It shows how mysterious and strange the urban lifestyle is but is still enjoyed by a strong target audience.
